So glad I bought it, I would like to have a beginning !!!!! I have a lot of homemade soup and this hand blender to thicken the soup. It 'much easier to attack mash in the pot, but as my old way, the soup into the pan and mixer, then was placed in a bowl, blender or 2 to do the other full of soup, and then all back in pot. Ugh. What is a pain, and the mixer was also a nuisance to clean. Blender this saves me so much time and effort. To clean it I put in my water and soap in the sink and turned on, clean in about 30 seconds. Love, love, love it.

I tested this product in Consumer Reports and was high on the list than other brands. When I received the mixer, I have exactly what I ordered. This was an excellent price-comparison purpose, etc.

I got this for mixing / whipping cream, egg whites, pancake batter, cake mixes, pancake mix and cookie dough and it does work very well for everyone. It 'also fairly quiet, not one of those mixer that is just a lot of noise without much work. This 7-speed mixer comes with 2 hooks and 1 bread mixing tool (which can be used for light sauces or salad dressings) In addition to the mixer 2 standard. This includes an auto-eject button and all the parties can go in the dishwasher. I got mine at Williams-Sonoma and since then have seen the price for much less. (Sometimes I think the Williams-Sonoma brands flagrant raise their prices for no other reason than to ask for a tax gain more important.) Anyway, you can certainly find less expensive mixer, but you will not find one that will also be strong, powerful or more fast and easy as a KitchenAid.
